The intervention was built on three material decisions — high-gloss white Calacatta marble, walnut doors with matte black frames, and a dark wood facade with black tile roof — that immediately gave the property a contemporary and coherent character. Inside, highly polished floors and large-format sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between the living space and the garden, integrating the pool as an active part of the home. The closets, dressing rooms, and master bathroom maintain the same refined language down to the last detail. The result was as decisive as the objective: the property sold fast, proving that investing in design is not an expense — it is the most powerful argument in any real estate negotiation.
